Chris can help you with strategies to grow your business, improve profitability and realise the value you want to achieve as a business owner. From launching a new brand or business unit to turning around performance, Chris has developed expertise across many aspects of delivering business results.
Although gaining significant experience in the corporate world, Chris’s first career was as a consultant in a firm of accountants advising small businesses on business planning, financing, grants, sale and purchase of businesses and was also an advisor to a number of venture capital and regional economic development firms. This gave him a passion not only for all types of business but, in particular, helping small businesses owners.
